Land Development

Texas cities and counties are frequently unwilling or unable to finance infrastructure improvements necessary to support new development. Smith, Murdaugh, Little, & Bonham. L.L.P. will provide the legal services necessary for the creation, organization, and confirmation of special districts that are able to meet the needs of residential, commercial, and industrial development. Once development and the construction of necessary infrastructure is complete, special districts will continue to operate and maintain the improvements for the benefit of customers and landowners.
